oh ya... did i tell u that my tuition teacher is being maglined very badly? until it is a court case??
its so frustrating to know such students exists....

ok... this is the "story" or saga o.o

1st.... tt day... tt gal ... say... mr XXX ah... my leg pain... help me rub... so this teacher... ( good natured de lo ) ... went to help her... cos hor... he trust her ... u know... u know.... cos hor...he done this kind of stuffs millions of time le.... haiz.... cos students will complain that this pain tt pain... den he will auto help him or her to alleviate from the pain

so... wad happened was this....

this gal... after being massaged.... went to make a POLICE REPORT.... say mr XXX ( my tuition teacher) MOLEST her....... u know... touch and pinch the top... molest and the bottom.... den it was like wtf.... nonsense de lo...

maybe some background knowledge for u... this mr XXX hor... is someone i respect de... and he's already a buddhist monk..... pls lo... how can he of such status do such a thing... moreover.... he's SO filty rich la.... its like... he has like one stack of notes of 50 bucks anytime de lo ... like from his pocket take out.... its like 14cm high de lo... when folded

ok... now think.... if he's so rich hor... why shold he choose a young virgin as his "customer" .... -.- ... moreover hor... his' house backyard hor... its like geyland red light district... everytime got "protistutes" come and say hi de... but they are of friends only... no other relationship...

pls lo... u see ah.... why get a gal when he can splurts all his money on these prostitutes just so convient ... behind his house? moreover can even have "orgy " -.-....

back to the story...

so.... this gal made the police report.... so kana send for court... the truth is... the gal is lying blatantly la.... the fact is... she didn't even get molested....only got massaged @ the feet...

ok 1st day court case hearing.... u know wad happen ??? she immediately tell the judge ... " SIR, i would like to change my statement. Mr XXX only touch my bottom not pinch the top " .... ya she said he pinch her "top " ... so ridiculous... a monk doing these such things???

den nvm.... the judge still say " ok" .... -.- ''' pls la.... its like hor... when u make a police report... u already acknowledge that wad u say and wad u "sweared" in the court and even in the report are the truth... cannot change de ma... den its like... the judge... still say ok.... -.-

i'm not saying sg's law is not fair? ... but ...i must say everyone must know about certain things....

back to story.... i can't say much... cos i only wan everyone to read this to know this case...

anyway... ya... the gal "recounted' the incident out...
crying and sobbing so badly... den the police and the people give her tissue paper.... such a good actor....

and... she changed her statements.... the fact she changed that XXX didn't touch her top is already sumthing that's questionable... : is she reliable? her statement can be trusted? ...

she said... XXX massaged her... den slow rub up... tt time no one was there (nods) den... like this lo.... touch and touch and " pinched"

den... cry and cry in the court... gained sympathy...

oh well... i can't say too much... the law turn against XXX... and he went to jail... and i am very sure... its really unfair... cos... there were and ARE so many people willing to testify that XXX is a good person and will NEVER do such a thing...

readers of this blog may not know who's XXX.... in real life .. but i can only say this.... do look out for the newspaper coverage .... it was being delayed... and it was being released once.... ( media was haiz... nth to say... my opinion... no solid things still report.... such a tabloid)
the news will report XX as molest... even @ his age of 60+... haiz.. poor old person... can enjoy his golden years de lo... but yet he can't...

btw.... i agree with wad peopel thinks of the issue.... there's @ least 3 parties involved....

1) XXX tuition centre
2) GAL and MOTHER
3) another tuition centre...

ok... this is the problem... why 3 parites??

1st.... the (3) had this (2) .... den the gal was saying... my grandma died... need money for funeral...cannot pay such a high feee for tuition...
and ... (2) actually went for (1) also !!.... tt's like (1) and (3) @ the same time.... (2) have so much money ma????
(questionable ?? )


and den hor... in the court hearing... the gal... said... my grandma still alive and kicking -.-.....den the (3)'s teacher.... who approved the discount of the tuition fees.... said wad atrocity ... really leh.. if u read this kind of things... and u believe me .... u will feel so disppointed with this sec 3 gal.... 16~17 liao le leh... still act so dishonest...

and still go up to the judicial court -.-

in short... the gal kept changing her statement but still insist that XXX molested her...
den u know wad happen?

the judge say XXX molest -.- ... without solid evidence.... so sentence him 7 yrs jail...

everyone... look @ tis... the law is protecting the ladies... and also protect esp. the young.... but pls... should we protect such people? who keep changing statements? and even change the accusations XXX had done? ... i think it is ridiculous and this gal is really a shame to our society ... simple

anyway... just wan everyone here to read... no need to copy and paste to others... no need... just understand ... there are such sad cases... where the innnocent are being charged...
why i say innocent... i said le... a monk leh... and so many peopel willing to testify for him.... if so many people are willing to do tt? with the reports and testimonials from students... including petitions to prove that he's innnocent... so many things that XXX has.... if he still sentenced to such things... i think its... well... its up to u to judge =)
